Keystone Care Network is a Behavioral Health and Family Services agency. Keystone Ridge, operated by Keystone Care Network, LLC, is our three-bed, staff-secure Level III residential treatment program in Winston-Salem for young people ages 12–17.

1. Initial inquiry
Call (855) 551-5397 or email admin@keystonecn.org.
2. Fit and documents
The team reviews age, clinical information, supervision needs, legal authority, school needs and the payer path.
3. Assessment
Full document review and an intake/placement assessment inform decisions. Tours can be arranged where appropriate.
4. Authorization and readiness
Written payer authorization, a signed Service Order and admission paperwork must be complete before placement is final.
