Residential Care Specialist
Provide steady, trauma-informed daily support for youth ages 12–17 at Keystone Ridge in Winston-Salem. Help residents participate in routines, follow their individualized plans and build daily-living skills while keeping the care team informed.
What you’ll do.
- Daily supervision and engagement of residents.
- Support with meals, hygiene, medication reminders and transportation.
- Trauma-informed emotional and behavioural support.
- De-escalation.
- Home upkeep.
- Shift notes and incident reports.
- Participation in team meetings and training.
What you’ll need
For direct-care roles: age 21+, high-school diploma or GED, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, flexible availability, background screening and drug screening. CPR/First Aid and NCI+ training are provided on hire if not already held.
