Therapeutic Program Coordinator

What you’ll do.

• On-site leadership of Residential Care Specialists and support staff.
• Liaison between clinical and direct-care teams.
• Implementation of individualized service plans.
• Monitoring routines.
• Crisis backup.
• Service-planning meetings.
• Documentation quality.
• Scheduling and shift coverage.

What you’ll need

For direct-care roles: age 21+, high-school diploma or GED, reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license, flexible availability, background screening and drug screening. CPR/First Aid and NCI+ training are provided on hire if not already held.
